Booking Policy: A reservation is officially confirmed only upon receipt of the initial booking deposit.
Payment Schedule: 50% of the total trip cost must be cleared 15 days before arrival. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival in Srinagar.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days prior: 90% Refund.
- 15-29 days prior: 50% Refund.
- Less than 15 days: No Refund (due to pre-paid hotel and permit commitments).
Force Majeure: CK Holidays is not liable for changes caused by natural disasters, sudden road closures (e.g., NH44 or Zojila), or flight cancellations. We will, however, provide the best possible alternative support.
Guest Conduct: We expect all guests to respect the local Kashmiri culture and environment. Littering in high-altitude meadows is strictly prohibited.
